Sierra Sierra Megan MeganGale aged 18 years old, won at the age of 18 a Perth modeling competition. After a few modeling seasons, Gale gained fame in 1999 when Omnitel Italy (now Vodafone Italy) cast her to star in advertisements. Gale continued to be part of the advertising campaign by the company up to 2006. The Australian Tourist Commission also hired the model in 2003 to serve as"The Face of Australia "face of Australia" to be used in Italy. Gale was featured on the cover of Australian Marie Claire Grazia Gioia Italian Maxim Australian InStyle, Australian Marie Claire, Italian GQ as well as Australian GQ and was also featured in Vogue Italia and Australian Cosmopolitan editorials. Gale has modelled for Italian fashion houses like Gianfranco Ferre Genny, Gai Mattiolo and runway work for Mariella Burani as well as Angelo Marani at Milan Fashion Week. Gale has also been a fan of many Australian designers such as Colette Dinnigan Kirrily Johnston, Lisa Ho and Alex Perry. In 2006, she served as the fashion commentator for the Australian TV awards known as the Logies. Gale retired from modelling runways in January 2008 following 15 years.
